In short, your home will be delivered on or before the contract completion date or will pay a “per diem” to the client until the closing occurs. Our volume allows us to retain the premium tradespeople in the industry. This, combined with our strong financial reputation and our “time proven” internal systems, allows us to make delivery commitments unique to the building industry.

White Glove Guarantee -

It is one thing to guarantee that your home will be completed on-time, it is something else altogether to also guarantee that your home will be completed 100 % to your satisfaction.   As a customer, you will be assigned a member of our "detailing team." This team member will be at your complete disposal in the final two weeks prior to completing your new home. Their purpose is to tend to all of your needs:  fine tuning, polishing, product testing and making sure attention is given to each and every detail related to your new home. Their goal is your complete satisfaction.  At Builders, we will not bring closure to your home until you sign-off, indicating that you’re 100% satisfied and your new home is 100% complete.
