Ballantrae Park & Residential Golf Community was the host to "The 2002 Parade of Homes."  P & D Builders won the Peoples Choice Award and the Silver Award for the library/den.

This classic British manor built by P&D Builders, Ltd. has distinct architectural details:  bowed two-story windows, art glass transoms, European ebble-dash stucco finish, a gated entry English garden, a spectacular glass British conservatory and lavish woodwork throughout.
