Where Do We Build?

As a full service custom home builder, we are not limited to our service area.  We have constructed homes as far west as Springfield, to the east as far as Newark and to the north in Mt. Vernon.  We will evaluate each potential project depending on the complexity of the project and its exact location.  If we do not feel that we can provide you the level of service that we demand and you deserve, we will be honest and decline the opportunity.

We have a vast amount of experience with both community (subdivision) building as well as secluded rural construction that often involves the installation of on-lot sewage systems and on-lot water drilling.  We will construct your home in one of our communities on  our home sites, in virtually ANY central Ohio community or on your own lot or rural land.  If you're looking for a home site, perhaps we can help.  We have strong relationships with many of the central Ohio top developers and are usually aware of upcoming developments and homesites before the streets have been constructed.
